New Okiep Mining Company (NOM) will be implementing various training and development initiatives for its host community members in line with its Social and Labour Plan Human Resource Development (SLP HRD) commitments.

NOM would therefore like to invite interested host community members to submit their applications for inclusion in the training and development database. Applications will be evaluated against the initiatives planned, as well as the minimum criteria required to participate. Applicants who meet the requirements will be screened for participation and contacted to assess suitability for inclusion in the initiatives available.
